For the Public Users (i.e. Recruitment Portal of the e-Samarth System of the university)

Important Note: All candidates are hereby informed that, while making applications please carefully select your credentials related Email Address, Category, Date of Birth and Contact number. In any case the correction will not be possible in all four attributes in following three cases in future.

Step/ टप्पा ①

1. Fresh Applicants: Interested applicant should visit to the recruitment portal of e-Samarth System. Register yourself on the given portal and then after getting logged in to the portal, applicant needs to select Apply Now button to view the Active Advertisements and accordingly by selecting the appropriate advertisement the candidate may proceed for filling out all the required details with mandatory uploads. In addition to this the candidate needs to pay the required fees (all payment modes as prescribed on the recruitment portal of university) to complete the submission.

2. Incomplete Applicants: The candidates those had started filling application on the recruitment portal of university with reference to the earlier advertisement, but unfortunately could not finish with in the stipulated time earmarked in the advertisement are now allowed to complete their application. In this case candidate is required to use their login credential to access their account on the recruitment portal. The candidate may reset / recover the forgotten password using Forgot password option available on the login page. After successful login the Applicant need to select Resume Session button to view the selected advertisements and accordingly the candidate may proceed for filling out all the required details with mandatory uploads. In addition to this the candidate needs to pay the required fees (all payment modes as prescribed on the recruitment portal of university) to complete the submission.

3. Completed Applications: The candidates those filled application on the recruitment portal of university within the stipulated time earmarked in the earlier advertisement are now allowed to make corrections / updates in their application. In this case candidate is required to use their login credential to access their account on the recruitment portal. The candidate may reset / recover the forgotten password using Forgot password option available on the login page. After successful login the Applicant need to select Make Correction button to view the selected advertisements and accordingly the candidate may proceed for filling out all the required details with mandatory uploads. In addition to this the candidate needs not to pay the required fees since it was already paid by the candidate.

Note: Apart from the all the necessary document to be uploaded on the e-Samarth system at respective sections, candidate needs to download the ATR form * (Candidate's Claim of Score) as per their post that can be downloaded from below links, fill the form and then upload in the ATR form section in the e-Samarth system from your login just like other document upload.

After completing the form with above steps, the hard copy of the application with necessary documents as prescribed in the advertisement should reach to the university on or before the date mentioned in the advertisement/ corrigendum.
