# Weightage as per Clause 3A of Govt Resolution (G.R.) for Category of Institute
  • 1. If the candidate has been awarded the Degree by the Universities holding any NIRF Category Rank within 100 or Foreign Universities having QS/ THE/ARWU of the Shanghai World University Rankings within 500, then the score shall be calculated by multiplying the score allotted under the respective percentage of the UG / PG/ M. Phil. degree marks secured by the candidate, with a factor of one.
  • 2. In case of Universities holding any NIRF Category Rank within 101-200 band or Foreign Universities having QS/ THE/ARWU of the Shanghai World University Rankings between 501-1000, then the score shall be calculated by multiplying the score allotted under the respective percentage of the UG / PG/ M. Phil. degree marks secured by the candidate, with a factor of 0.9.
  • 3. For other UGC approved Universities, the score shall be calculated by multiplying the score allotted under the respective percentage of UG / PG/ M. Phil. degree marks secured by the candidate, with a factor of 0.8.
